Frequently asked questions
getting started
A template website starts with one of our existing demo designs and is adapted to your business, content, colors, images, and branding. It is usually the faster and more affordable option.
A custom website is designed specifically for your business from the beginning. It gives you greater creative freedom and is ideal when you need a distinctive design, a more complex structure, or specialized functionality.
We provide website design, website development, website redesign, template customization, logo design, and website hosting. Whether you are starting a new business, refreshing an existing website, or need support turning a design into a fully functioning website, we can help you choose the right service.
Yes. You can explore the demo projects displayed on our Work page. Each template can be adjusted to suit different industries, brands, and visual styles. Our showcase project "Bold Showcase" also demonstrates how one design can be transformed to match a completely different business.
You can choose the best option and book a consultation regarding the project. If you are unsure which plan to select, sign up for a free 30-minute introductory call so we can discuss your business, ideas, requirements, and next steps.
website design & functionality
Yes. Depending on your selected package, we can customize the colors, typography, images, text, sections, and other visual elements. The final website will be adapted to your brand rather than looking like an unchanged template.
Yes. We can redesign an existing website using one of our templates or create a fully custom redesign. We will review your current website, identify what should be improved, and preserve any useful content or functionality where appropriate.
When a content management system is included, you will be able to manage selected content such as text, images, services, products, projects, blog posts, or frequently asked questions.
The exact content you can update will depend on how your website is built and what is included in your selected package.
Yes. Every website we create is designed to be responsive and adapted for desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices. We test the layout across different screen sizes before launch.
We build websites using good structural and technical practices, including responsive layouts, clear page structure, image optimization, and editable page information where applicable.
However, higher search rankings cannot be guaranteed. Ongoing SEO strategy, content creation, keyword research, and link building may require additional services.
Yes. We can integrate suitable third-party tools such as contact forms, booking systems, newsletters, maps, analytics, social media links, payment solutions, or other business platforms.
The availability and price of an integration depend on the system being used and the complexity of the setup.
Online-store functionality can be included in selected projects. The final scope depends on the number of products, payment methods, delivery options, product management requirements, and any necessary integrations.
Because online stores are more complex than standard business websites, they are normally quoted individually.
content & project preparation
You will usually need to provide your logo, brand colors, website text, images, contact details, service information, and any other content you want included.
For custom projects, we also recommend sharing examples of websites, layouts, colors, typography, or visual styles you like. This helps us understand the atmosphere and direction you want more clearly.
Yes. We can organize the website structure and advise you on what content is needed for each page. Temporary content can sometimes be used during the design stage, but final text and images should be provided before the website is completed.
We do not currently provide text writing, professional photography, or other content creation services. All final text, images, and other website content need to be supplied by the client before the relevant stages of the project.
Ideally, all final text, images, branding materials, and other website content should be provided before the project begins. This allows us to plan the structure accurately and design each page around your actual content.
If everything is not ready at the start, we will agree on a deadline for the remaining materials. Delays in providing or approving content may affect the project timeline and launch date.
Yes. Sharing websites, layouts, colors, typography, animations, or other visual references you like helps us understand the direction and atmosphere you have in mind.
These examples are used as inspiration rather than copied directly. They help us identify which elements appeal to you and create a website that feels original while still matching your business, goals, and preferences.
pricing & payments
The price depends on whether you choose a template or custom website, the number of pages, required functionality, and any additional services.
Our starting prices and package inclusions are displayed in the pricing section of the website. After discussing your project, we will confirm the final scope and cost before work begins.
Possible additional costs may include domain registration, website hosting, paid plugins, third-party tools, premium fonts, stock images, integrations, or extra work outside the agreed project scope.
Any expected additional costs will be discussed with you before they are added.
The payment schedule will be confirmed before the project begins. A deposit is normally required to reserve the project and begin the work, with the remaining amount paid according to the agreed project stages.
Work outside the approved scope may be quoted separately.
The number of revision rounds depends on the package you choose. Revisions are intended to refine the approved direction rather than create a completely new design after the project has already progressed.
Providing clear feedback and visual references at the beginning helps make the revision process smoother and more efficient.
If you request additional pages, features, design changes, or other work that is not included in the agreed project scope, we will review the request and let you know how it may affect the price and timeline.
Any additional work will only begin after the updated scope, cost, and schedule have been discussed and approved by you.
timeline & communication
The timeline depends on the selected plan, number of pages, required functionality, feedback speed, and how quickly the necessary content is provided.
Template-based websites are usually completed faster than fully custom projects. You will receive a clearer estimated timeline after we review your project requirements.
Our main communication takes place through Google Meet and email. Google Meet is used for scheduled discussions, presentations, and important project decisions, while email is used for updates, sharing content, providing feedback, and keeping project information organized.
Responding and providing feedback within the agreed timeframes helps us keep the project moving according to schedule.
Common causes of delays include missing content, late feedback, major changes to the approved direction, delayed payments, or additional functionality requested during the project.
We will let you know whenever something is needed from you to keep the project moving forward.
Cancellation and project-pausing conditions will be explained in the project agreement. Payments already made may be non-refundable when work has already been completed or project time has been reserved.
Any completed work, remaining payments, and future restart conditions will be handled according to the agreed terms.
Feedback is mainly shared by email after each agreed project stage. We recommend sending all comments, requested changes, and questions together in one clear and organized message so they can be reviewed and implemented efficiently.
More detailed feedback or important decisions can also be discussed during a scheduled Google Meet. Providing feedback within the agreed timeframe helps keep the project on schedule.
domain, hosting & launch
Yes. We can provide website hosting and help manage the technical setup required to keep your website accessible online. The hosting package, renewal terms, storage, backups, and support details will be confirmed before launch.
Yes. The domain name needs to be chosen, purchased, and registered by you through a domain provider. Once it is ready, we can help connect it to your new website and complete the necessary technical setup.
Domain registration and renewal fees are not included in the website project price and are paid directly to your chosen domain provider.
After launch, we check that the main pages, links, forms, and responsive layouts are working correctly. Any post-launch support included in your package will be explained before the project begins.
Ongoing maintenance, content updates, backups, security checks, and future improvements can also be arranged separately.
ownership & support
Once the project has been completed and all agreed payments have been made, you will receive ownership of the final website content and custom work created specifically for your project.
Licenses for third-party software, fonts, plugins, templates, images, or external services remain subject to their original providers' terms.
Your website can usually be expanded after launch. Additional pages, sections, integrations, functionality, or design changes can be quoted as a separate update based on the amount of work required.
Website maintenance is included only when your website is hosted with us. This covers essential technical maintenance, such as software and version updates, security updates, and other necessary checks that help keep the website secure and functioning correctly.
Content changes, new sections or pages, design adjustments, additional functionality, and other requested updates are not included in the hosting service and will be quoted separately.
Yes. After your website is launched, you can contact us whenever you need additional pages, content changes, design adjustments, new features, or other improvements.
We will review the requested updates and provide a separate price and estimated timeline before beginning the work. The availability of future updates may depend on the website’s current setup and the scope of the request.
After launch, we provide support for any technical issues directly related to the completed project during the post-launch support period specified in your package or project agreement. This allows us to confirm that the website, links, forms, and agreed functionality are working correctly.
If your website is hosted with us, essential version and security updates are also maintained as part of the hosting service. Content changes, design adjustments, new pages, additional features, and other future updates are not included and will be quoted separately.
