Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how minomus. uses cookies and similar browser storage when you visit or use this website.

For more information about how we process personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

1. How do we use cookies?

We use a limited amount of browser storage to:

• keep the website and booking functionality working correctly;
• support website and form security;
• remember your analytics preference; and
• with your permission, understand general website usage through privacy-focused analytics.

Some storage is necessary for the website to function properly and does not depend on your analytics choice.

Optional analytics are activated only after you choose to allow them.

2. Necessary website storage

The website uses necessary session and security cookies or similar storage to maintain website functionality, support the booking process, protect forms and requests, and maintain a secure website session.

This storage is used only where necessary for the website's technical operation and security. It is not used for advertising, marketing or behavioural profiling.

Necessary session and security storage generally lasts only for the website session or for a limited period required for the relevant technical purpose.

Because this storage is necessary for the website to work correctly, it cannot be disabled through the analytics preference control.

3. Analytics and your preference

minomus. uses a self-hosted Matomo analytics environment to understand general website usage and improve the website and booking experience.

Matomo analytics are optional and are activated only after you choose to allow analytics.

The website is configured to use Matomo without Matomo analytics tracking cookies.

We use limited browser storage to remember whether you have allowed or rejected analytics so that your choice can be respected on later pages and visits.

Your analytics preference is currently stored for approximately 90 days. This preference does not contain your name, email address, booking-form answers or uploaded files.

If you reject analytics, optional Matomo analytics tracking is not activated.

More information about the personal data that may be processed through analytics is available in our Privacy Policy.

4. Change your analytics choice

You can change your analytics choice at any time using the control below.

If you disable analytics, future optional Matomo analytics tracking from this browser will stop unless you choose to enable it again.

Changing your analytics preference does not disable the necessary website storage required for the website, forms and booking functionality to work correctly.

5. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if the cookies, browser storage, analytics tools or other relevant website technologies we use change.

If we introduce new non-essential technologies that require consent, we will update our consent mechanism where necessary before using them.

The latest version of this Cookie Policy will always be available on this page.
